El Horno de Pane is a true neighborhood artisan bakery, inspired by the traditional old-world village bakeries in Europe, where the community and families come together around the table. Community building is the center piece of all we do.

Commited Bakers…

We are a team of committed bakers putting all our hearts and passion to showcase the art and craft of baking through the products we bake, while meticulously employing centuries old French baking traditions and techniques to make the best breads and pastries we can possibly make. The last act of the stars of the show -our breads- takes place in a 10-ton stone hearth deck oven, built in Verona, Italy, where we bake our breads fresh every day to beautiful golden and deep mahogany tones.

Fermentation is the name of the game…

It is the oldest and most authentic method for bread making. Our breads go through a 3-day fermentation process which ensures maximum development of flavor and texture, while enhancing the nutritional value of breads, making them easier to digest, providing access to more vitamins and minerals, and lowering glycemic index. That’s why it is no metaphor when we say that “time” is our most important ingredient. In addition, all of our flour is unbleached and unbromated, and we source only top quality ingredients.

But breads and pastries is not the end of it…

We are also a full café offering stellar breakfast and sandwiches, all built around our variety of house made breads. Last but not least, the best companion for all our products is our locally grown premium coffee, served by a team of expertly trained and award winning baristas.
